Spiral Silicone Cake and Dessert Mold
A silicone mold that sets a cake or dessert into a spiral. Batter, mousse, or chocolate goes in, and what comes out holds a shape that would take a piping bag and a steady hand to build by any other method.
Silicone flexes, so a set dessert releases by peeling the mold back rather than by turning it out and hoping. That is the whole reason to use one for anything delicate.

Three options
This mold comes in three variations. They differ in size and pattern rather than running small to large, so if exact dimensions matter to your recipe, contact us before ordering and we will confirm with the maker.
Using it
Wash in warm soapy water before first use. Pour the batter in slowly, then tap the mold on the counter a few times to clear air bubbles, which is what leaves gaps in a set spiral. Spread the mixture so the sides sit slightly higher than the center for even baking.
For set desserts rather than baked ones, freeze the mold before unmolding. The shape releases cleanly cold and tears when warm.
