1. About Our Business Wine Drop Cookery LLC is a limited liability company registered in New Hampshire, United States, operating as a dropship retailer of premium chef knives, cooking equipment, kitchen accessories, and gourmet gifts. Products are sourced from and fulfilled by third-party suppliers who ship directly to you on our behalf. Wine Drop Cookery LLC is the retailer of record for all transactions.

2. Eligibility By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are purchasing on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

3. Products & Availability We make every effort to display accurate product information, pricing, and availability. Because we rely on third-party suppliers, product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel orders if a product becomes unavailable after purchase. Certain products may be restricted or unavailable in specific countries due to local laws or export regulations.

4. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. International customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their bank or payment provider. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Payment is due at the time of purchase.

5. Order Fulfillment & Shipping Orders are fulfilled by third-party suppliers and shipped directly to you. Estimated shipping times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. International shipments may be subject to customs clearance delays outside our control. Wine Drop Cookery LLC is not liable for delays caused by suppliers, carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Import Duties, Taxes & Customs International customers are solely responsible for all import duties, customs fees, VAT, GST, and any other taxes or charges imposed by their country's customs authorities. Wine Drop Cookery LLC has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. If a shipment is refused or abandoned due to unpaid duties or taxes, we cannot issue a refund for the original order.

7. Returns & Refunds Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. International customers should be aware that return shipping costs and timelines may vary significantly. Customers in the European Union and other jurisdictions with statutory right-of-withdrawal or consumer protection laws retain all rights granted to them under applicable local law that cannot be waived by contract.

8. Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that period, orders may have already been submitted to our supplier and cannot be cancelled.

9. Consumer Protection Rights Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. If any provision of these Terms conflicts with applicable mandatory local law, that local law will prevail to the extent of the conflict.

10. Intellectual Property All content on winedropcookery.com — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is owned by or licensed to Wine Drop Cookery LLC and protected under applicable intellectual property laws, including international treaties such as the Berne Convention and the TRIPS Agreement. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited worldwide.

11. Prohibited Use You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
