Return and Refund Policy

At Wine Drop Cookery LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because we operate as a dropship retailer — meaning orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by our third-party suppliers — please review the following policy carefully.
Return Eligibility We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Items marked as final sale
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
How to Request a Return Email us at thechef@winedropcookery.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will coordinate with our supplier on your behalf and provide return instructions within 3–5 business days.
Return Shipping Because products ship directly from our suppliers, return shipping addresses may vary by item. We will provide the correct return address once your request is approved. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected by our supplier, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that supplier processing times may affect this timeline.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us at thechef@winedropcookery.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that window, orders may have already been submitted to our supplier for fulfillment and cannot be cancelled.
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of $15.00 will be applied to all returned items. This fee will be deducted from your refund total.
