A 13.5-inch flexible hand-forged Damascus fillet knife with a rosewood handle and a leather sheath, the length for salmon, snapper and other large fish. The long, narrow blade follows the contours of the fish so you can separate meat from bone and skin cleanly.

The Damascus blade is forged and folded in many layers, which gives it a flowing pattern and a hard, long-lasting edge. Full-tang construction distributes force evenly through the handle.
