Care

Enamel needs no seasoning and works from the first meal, but it does not tolerate thermal shock. Let it cool before washing, never run cold water into a hot pot, and avoid abrupt temperature changes. Hand wash with warm water, mild soap and a soft sponge, avoid abrasive cleaners, and dry thoroughly. Wash the steamer basket separately and dry it fully before storing. Use moderate heat for simmering and slow cooking.
