How It Cooks

The bodies are forged aluminum with a stainless steel induction base, so they come up to temperature quickly and hold heat evenly instead of concentrating it under the burner. The ceramic nonstick surface releases eggs, fish and other delicate foods with very little oil, and wipes clean rather than needing a soak.

Care

Ceramic nonstick lasts longest on low to medium heat. Add a little oil or butter before cooking, never heat an empty pan, and use silicone, nylon or wooden utensils. Let the pan cool before washing, then hand wash with warm soapy water and a soft sponge.
