Why It Nests

The pieces are sized and shaped to stack together, and stacked they measure 17.5 by 13.2 by 6.1 inches at 7.2 lbs total. How It Cooks

The bodies are recycled aluminum, which heats fast and keeps the set light enough to lift and stack one-handed. Riveted stainless handles stay cool on the stovetop, every piece works on induction, and the set is oven safe to 400F.

Care

Cook on low to medium heat, use a little oil or butter, and avoid aerosol sprays. Silicone, nylon or wooden utensils only. Let each piece cool before washing, hand wash with a soft sponge, and dry fully before nesting them back together, since trapped moisture is what causes trouble in stacked cookware.
