Will it keep my insulated tumbler warm? No. It isn't compatible with plastic cups or double-layer insulated cups. Use a glass, ceramic or stainless steel mug with a thin wall and a flat bottom.

What happens if I forget to turn it off? It shuts itself off after 8 hours.
