A silicone work surface for anything that involves flour. Roll pastry on it, knead bread on it, or lay it in a sheet pan to line the tray. Dough lifts off without sticking and without the flour you would normally need to stop it sticking.

Four sizes are available, all at the same price: 21 by 21cm and 22.8cm for small jobs, 30 by 21cm for everyday rolling, and 42 by 29.5cm when you need room to work a full batch of pastry.
