The Handmade Damascus Western Chef Knife Set includes eight pieces: a wide meat cleaver, a large chef knife, a carving slicer, two mid-size utility knives, two prep knives, and one detail knife. Each blade is forged Damascus steel with a swirl and ladder pattern, red and black pakkawood handles, and full tang construction.

Blade Performance

Each blade has a purpose: the cleaver for heavy chopping and bones, the chef knife for general prep, the carving slicer for roasts, the utility knives for daily cutting, and the prep and detail knives for trimming and garnishing.

Handle Construction

The handles are pakkawood, moisture resistant, in contrasting red and black. A polished steel bolster adds balance, and mosaic pins secure the scales to the full tang.

Care

Hand wash and dry each blade promptly after use, apply a light oil to the Damascus blades occasionally, and store the knives dry.
