No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning. This is a sweepstakes, a game of chance. It is not a game of skill.

3. Who can enter
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 21 years old on the date they enter. Employees of Wine Drop Cookery and their immediate family and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
4. Sweepstakes period
The sweepstakes begins when the signup popup first goes live on winedropcookery.com, on or after October 19, 2026, and ends at 6:00 PM Eastern Time on Thanksgiving Day, November 26, 2026. Sponsor's time records control. Entries received after the sweepstakes ends are not eligible.
5. How to enter
Enter by submitting your email address through the Wine Drop Cookery signup popup on winedropcookery.com. A valid email address is required for entry. No other personal information is needed to enter. Free alternate method of entry: you may instead enter without joining the email list by sending an email to thechef@winedropcookery.com with the subject line "Giveaway Entry" from the email address you want to enter with, received before the sweepstakes ends. No name or other personal information is needed. Alternate entries have the same chance of winning as popup entries, and current email subscribers may enter this way. Limit one entry per person by any method and one entry per email address, regardless of how many times you submit. Entries made by bots, scripts, or other automated means are void. By entering through the popup, you agree to receive emails from Wine Drop Cookery. You may unsubscribe at any time, and unsubscribing does not affect your entry.
6. How the winner is chosen
All valid, eligible entries received during the sweepstakes period are entered in the drawing. There is a limit on the number of entries, one email per person. One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries at 7:00 PM Eastern Time on Thanksgiving Day, November 26, 2026. The winner will be chosen with a random number generator from a list of all eligible entries, popup and alternate. Sponsor keeps the entry list and a record of the drawing for at least one year. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Invalid, duplicate, or ineligible entries are not entered. Sponsor's decisions are final.
7. Prize
One (1) winner receives a free gift from Wine Drop Cookery with an approximate retail value of up to $100. The gift will be chosen by Chef Alan together with the winner after the winner is confirmed. The gift will not include alcohol. No cash substitute. The prize is not transferable. Sponsor may substitute a gift of equal or greater value if the chosen gift becomes unavailable. Only one prize is awarded.
8. Winner notification
The winner will be notified by email at the address used to enter within 3 business days after the drawing. To win, the winner must reply within 7 days and provide the personal information needed to deliver the prize, including full name and a shipping address in the United States, and discuss the gift with Chef Alan. The winner may also be asked to confirm eligibility in writing. If the winner does not respond in time, cannot be reached, or is ineligible, the prize is forfeited and Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
9. Taxes and costs
The winner is not responsible for any taxes or other costs related to the prize. Sponsor pays standard shipping of the prize.
10. Privacy
Email addresses collected are added to the Wine Drop Cookery email list and used to send news, recipes, and offers. Personal information provided by the winner is used only to deliver the prize. 11. General conditions
By entering, you agree to these rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. Sponsor may cancel, change, or suspend the sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond its control affects it. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are late, lost, or incomplete, or for technical failures of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, entrants release Sponsor from any claims arising from participation in the sweepstakes or use of the prize. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict of law rules. This sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Klaviyo, Shopify, Google, Meta, or any other platform.
12. Winner privacy
The winner has the right to privacy. In no way will the winner's name, state, email address, or any other personal information be given out, published, or shared with anyone unless the winner gives written consent first. The only exceptions are the shipping address given to the carrier to deliver the prize, and disclosures required by law. Entrants who are not the winner will not be given any personal information about the winner. State officials: a state official may request a list of winners. Sponsor will first verify the office's authority to make the request. A winner's information will be released only after that winner gives written consent, sent by mail to Wine Drop Cookery, 524 West Side Road, North Conway, NH 03860. Anyone whose authority has not been verified, or who does not have the winner's written consent, will be given no information, and the winner's information stays private.
