Forged Aluminum Ceramic Nonstick Frying Pan

The everyday pan for eggs, fish and anything else that tends to stick. A forged aluminum body heats quickly and evenly, and unlike most ceramic nonstick pans this one is rated for the oven, so a stovetop sear can finish under heat without changing pans.

How It Cooks

The forged aluminum body sits on a stainless steel induction base, which is what makes it work on any cooktop and heat without hot spots. The ceramic surface releases delicate foods with very little oil and wipes clean instead of needing a scrub.

Care

Ceramic nonstick lasts longest on low to medium heat with a little oil or butter. Skip aerosol cooking sprays, use silicone, nylon or wooden utensils, and let the pan cool before hand washing with a soft sponge. No abrasive pads or harsh cleaners.
