How It Cooks

Forged aluminum bodies on a stainless steel induction base give quick, even heating across every burner type. The straight-sided shape adds usable flat cooking area compared with a flared pan of the same width, and the riveted stainless handles stay cool on the stovetop and go into the oven with the pan.

Care

Wash and dry before first use, then wipe on a thin layer of oil. Cook on low to medium heat with a little oil or butter, preheat briefly, and use silicone, wooden or nylon utensils. Avoid aerosol sprays and metal tools. Let cookware cool, then hand wash with warm water and a soft sponge, no steel wool or abrasives.
